We Walete Tanzania Safaris are committed to providing exceptional travel experiences. Our Terms and Conditions outline the terms under which we offer our services and form a crucial part of our contract with you. By booking with us, you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

2. Booking and Payment

To secure your reservation, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The amount of the deposit varies depending on the type of tour or safari package. Full payment must be made no later than 60 days before your departure date. If payment is not received by this deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking cost. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 30 days of departure. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 -40 days of cancellation.

4. Changes to Your Booking

If you wish to make changes to your booking after it has been confirmed, please contact us immediately. Changes may be subject to additional charges and availability. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but significant alterations may not always be possible.

5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended for all our guests. It should cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events that could impact your travel plans. We are not responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to a lack of adequate travel insurance.

6. Health and Fitness

Trekking and safari activities can be physically demanding. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and physically fit to participate in the chosen activities. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who, in our opinion, is not fit to undertake the planned activities.

7. Responsibilities

You are responsible for adhering to local laws and regulations, as well as any instructions provided by our guides and staff. Failure to follow safety guidelines and instructions may result in the termination of your tour or safari without a refund.

8. Liability

While we strive to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, Walete Tanzania Safaris is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring during your trip. This includes but is not limited to, any delays, changes, or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or political instability.

9. Complaints and Disputes

If you have any complaints or issues during your trip, please inform us immediately so we can address them promptly. Any disputes arising from your booking or travel experience should be submitted in writing within 30 days of the end of your trip. We will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing, and your continued use of our services will signify your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions before making a booking.
